The Raggamuffins | Four Days of Rain | London American | 1967 | New AMERICAN group The Raggamuffins make a highly promising debut on the London-American label with the attractive “Four Days Of Rain”. The gentle harmonies and counter harmonies of the Raggamuffins are supported by a colourful guitar and piano accompaniment, and the overall blending of vocal and instrumental shading makes for pleasant and relaxed listening.

“Four Days Of Rain” was written by group leader Tom Pacheco, who formed the Raggamuffins little over a year ago. They’ve been building a large following in New York, where they have become great favourites at Greenwich Village’s famous Night Owl Cafe.
