‘Fashion’ is a good record, though if it had been produced in a less incompetent manner it would have been a lot better. “FASHION FASHION FASHION / I’m a Christmas tree / Convinced I’ve made my mind up I’m impersonating me.”
Should be played non-stop at that wally Steve Strange’s place till the preening posers scream. The B-side ‘Ugly Shadows’, is AWFUL. (Sounds, 22/05/82)
