The Chords | Now It’s Gone | (Polydor) 1979 | Mod really sucks in 1979. It’s a stupid hype fuelled by the press, and The Chords recycle ‘Here Comes The Nice’ by the Small Faces, give it a new title and milk it with all the aplomb of Eddie And The Hot Rods at a first rehearsal.

It should be pointed out that the Hot Rods learned to play before they made records. (Sounds)
